The University of Westminster have taken a number of BlueSocket devices from Westcom Networks and rely on their support for both hardware and software issues. In addition to this Westcom have also provided a network monitoring tool which is used to monitor large number of network devices across the London campuses. All in all, the support from Westcom has been second to none in every project we have engaged them with.
